REFUND POLICY
All unopened products may be returned within 14-days of the delivery date for a full refund less any shipping charges.
Damage During Shipping
Customer satisfaction is taken very seriously. All products are tested for quality, and are carefully inspected before shipping. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs. Please email botanicreleaf@gmail.com and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please email botanicreleaf@gmail.com. Your cancellation must be made before your order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged.
If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the unopened package or send unopened package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs, both to and from your delivery address. All cancellation refunds are processed within five business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Once a package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this point, the standard returns policy applies.
